Read feedback in context
A rating is a useful overview, but it does not explain every service detail. Read original reviews to see what the reviewer actually needed and how much information is provided. Broad praise and a detailed explanation of a service request offer different kinds of context.
Keep that feedback separate from a technical assessment of your lock or vehicle. A review about one model does not establish compatibility with another, and a review about entry assistance does not describe replacement-key work. Use the originals to shape your questions, then confirm your own requirements directly.
