Who this policy concerns
This information describes privacy considerations when you browse the Fivestars Locksmith website or choose to contact us about mobile locksmith service in Central Florida. Fivestars Locksmith is operated by De Sousa Business Professionals Inc. Website browsing, direct conversations and any future online request submission are different activities; they are described separately below.
Current request form: not accepting submissions
The request-service form is currently disabled. It does not send or save the details you enter through a service-request endpoint. Fields and validation are displayed in your browser, but the form cannot submit a request or confirm an appointment. Avoid entering identity documents, passwords, access codes or payment information. Use the phone, email or WhatsApp contact options if you wish to discuss service now.
This statement concerns the disabled form, not all website activity. Hosting and external resources may still process technical information when a page loads, as described below.
Planned processing if the form is enabled
If a verified request system is enabled, the planned request fields are full name, phone number, email address, service category, city or location, an optional short message and consent to be contacted about the request. These details would be used to understand the service need, respond, confirm compatibility and availability, and coordinate an inquiry—not to treat the request as an automatic booking or marketing signup.
The planned delivery arrangement is three separate notifications to three authorized internal notification recipients who handle service inquiries. Each message would be sent independently without exposing the other recipient addresses. This is a planned arrangement, not a claim that messages are currently being delivered or that any email processor is already connected. This policy should be reviewed when the system is activated or its processing changes.
Contact you choose to initiate
If you call, email or use WhatsApp, the information you choose to provide can be used to answer your inquiry and discuss requested service. Limit your message to the details needed to assess the lock or key problem. Identity or authorization checks may be requested before locksmith work; do not send sensitive documents through the disabled website form.
Consent to requested service contact is not an opt-in to SMS marketing. Phone calls, email and WhatsApp use their respective carriers or platforms, whose handling of communications is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link to WhatsApp opens that third-party service; it does not submit the website form.
Website resources, cookies and analytics
The current project code does not configure a dedicated analytics service or application-managed cookie or browser-storage tracking. This is not a promise that browsing creates no technical records or cookies. Hosting providers may process connection details such as IP address, requested page, browser information and error or security logs. The editor preview may also report technical errors.
The site loads its font stylesheet from Google Fonts and brand and service images from external media hosts. Your browser contacts those providers to retrieve the resources, which can disclose technical connection information. Links to Google reviews, maps, WhatsApp or other external sites are subject to those sites’ practices when you follow them. Any additional analytics or cookie tools introduced by a hosting configuration would need to be checked and disclosed before making specific claims about them.
You can review cookie and site-data controls in your browser. Those controls may affect external services or page resources; they do not require you to submit a service inquiry.
Access, protection and retention
Information provided in a direct inquiry should be handled for the inquiry and related legitimate service, security, accounting or legal needs, with access limited to those who need it for those purposes. If a future delivery provider is connected, its role and applicable safeguards must be assessed before activation. No particular provider is represented as being in use today.
No fixed retention period is stated here. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, whether service follows the inquiry, and applicable obligations. Records should not be retained longer than reasonably needed for those purposes. Electronic communications carry security risks; this page does not promise absolute security.
Privacy requests
You may contact us to ask what information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its use.
